1. Acceptance

By accessing predictionofdora.com (the «Site» or «Prediction of Dora»), creating an account, or playing any game, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Operator

Prediction of Dora is operated by l'Innovation Sociale et Urbaine SARL, a company registered in France, with registered office at 9 Rue André Darbon, 33300, Bordeaux, France. Contact: [email protected].

3. Eligibility and Geographic Restrictions

You must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your province/territory, whichever is higher). This service is not available to residents of Ontario, Canada. By registering, you confirm you are not a resident of Ontario and that you meet the age requirement.

4. Nature of Platform — Not Gambling

Prediction of Dora is a free social casino for entertainment only. It is not gambling under the Criminal Code of Canada (s.197): (a) no real money is staked; (b) no real money is awarded; (c) Dragon Coins have no monetary value. No gaming licence is held or required from any Canadian authority.

5. Free Email Subscription

The Prediction of Dora subscription is free. No payment is required. By subscribing: (a) you unlock additional games; (b) you consent to receive marketing emails (CASL compliant); (c) you may unsubscribe at any time without losing game access. Full subscription terms at /subscription-terms.

6. Daily Dragon Draw — Not a Lottery

The Daily Dragon Draw is a free social game. No monetary consideration is required to participate. It is not a lottery under the Criminal Code of Canada or any provincial law.

7. Dragon Coins

Dragon Coins (🐉): (a) have no monetary value; (b) cannot be exchanged for money; (c) cannot be transferred; (d) cannot be purchased; (e) are earned through gameplay only.

8. PIPEDA / Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and PIPEDA (S.C. 2000, c. 5).

9. CASL

Marketing emails comply with CASL (S.C. 2010, c. 23). Express consent obtained at subscription. Unsubscribe requests honoured within 10 business days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law (operator jurisdiction). Nothing herein limits Canadian consumers' rights under applicable Canadian law.
